Pour a little of the TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil into a heated pan, fry the chicken slices and season it with the pepper and TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt. Heat the tortillas for 10 seconds each side. After that spread the tortillas with the TARTUFI SR Black truffle hummus and arrange the chicken meat, a bit of arugula and tomatoes over it, then add some olives, wrap the tortillas and serve them.
